Our employees enjoy an attractive vacation benefit that increases with length of service.
Holidays
Our employees enjoy seven paid holidays and one floating holiday per year. Additionally, it is tradition for the four working days between Christmas and New Years to be given as paid holiday leave.

Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts
- Our company-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement provides funds to be used to cover medical expenses not covered by our medical insurance. The funds can be used to cover co-pays, dental fees, and vision care fees (including exams, glasses and contact lenses).
- Our employee-funded Flexible Spending Accounts - Medical Account and Dependent Care Account are also available on a pre-tax basis.
Long-Term Care
Our employees have the benefit of base level insurance for long-term care. Employees can elect to expand their coverage to include a spouse, children, parents or grandparents.

All or a portion of an employee's salary is paid for periods of illness or injury requiring an employee to be away from the workplace.
Life & Accident Insurance
Our employees have the benefit of basic AD&D coverage with the option to purchase additional coverage on a pre-tax basis. Travel Accident Insurance is provided to our consulting staff.
